Structure for food industry with equipments in stainless steal

During the last months, we at Fazenda & Silva, Lda. have been developing a new structure for various equipments in stainless steel (AISI-316L and AISI-304L) such as mixers, hoppers, CIP, mills and weigh cells. Some mixers have been built jacketed cooling/heating and isothermal, with a finish designed for the food industry, being the brilliant polished (Ra<0,5 µm) inside and outside to prevent bacterial retention. Production and installation of all piping (some jacketed) and accessories such as valves with automatic actuators, pumps, etc.. In addition to the equipment and piping, perform the entire structure composed of access stairs and platforms with balconies protection.
