Fermentation Tank (with double jacket)

Use:
This type of tank is used for the wine fermentation, with the the possibility to control the wine temperature during his fermentation through the involving double jacket to the body where it will be able to circulate hot or cold water according to the necessity, being able to do it in the manual or automatic form (automation required). Equipped with several types of accessories, being the commonest: man hole (superior and inferior of several types), leval scale, proof tap, total discharge, double effect valve, tube of reassembly with disperser, decantation valve (tate lie), thermometer and exit of clean ones. This type of cuba can have deep flat (auto empty) for red wines or conical for white wines.
